Abstract (English):
Authors the factors defining high efficiency of process of adaptation of students to professional activity on protection in emergency situations during training in higher education institution were revealed. Psychological readiness and orientation of students have smaller impact on adaptation on service in Emercom of Russia, interest to study in higher education institution; degree of an inclusiveness of students in joint activity; compatibility of students on specific features of the personality.
