In this paper examines the impact of heterochrony on the learning process and the development of professionally significant qualities of cadets of high schools of the State fire service of emercom of russia. Revealed problems heterochrony during physiological development of young people. To solve this problem the technique heterochrony perform group exercises command and competitive method which produces social stability during training sessions on physical training. Investigated the combined effect of this technique on physiological indicators of cadets of Saint-Petersburg university state fire service of emercom of russia initial learning period. The results show the effectiveness of the use of the proposed methodology in the process of training sessions on physical training.
