Abstract (English):
The authors review the idea of differentiation and specialization of education from the position of noospheric educational paradigm. The main dominant of this position is health culture civilization culture and their interaction. Positioned idea that culture of education acquired in evolutionary and not revolution way. A new idea of education is considering the latest in a context culture of peace and tolerance, in which difference and diversity are seen as sources of humanity and goodness, is activated.
