Abstract (English):
Proposed conceptual approach to improve the effectiveness of information support of decision making on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations on the railway transport objects through the use of service functionality of modern geographic information systems. The use of opportunities geoinformation systems will significantly reduce the duration of preparation of the data necessary for the evaluation of deadlines urgent emergency-restoration works on the destroyed objects, and thus, to improve the efficiency and quality of automated settlements and information the decision support.
