This article discusses ways of improving the prediction of accident consequences (destruction) rail tank with dangerous chemical substance without gathering them from the rail based on the use of rapid methods, allowing to obtain forecast data with tables and graphs in the absence of computer control systems, which is possible in the conduct of information warfare.
