Abstract (English):
In article the questions devoted to use of electronic textbooks as to an innovative tutorial of inspection structure of state inspectorate for small vessels in the Ministries of Emergency Situations educational organizations are considered. The received results have the big practical importance for creation of electronic textbooks in the future. It is proved that introduction of electronic textbooks increased learning efficiency of inspection structure of state inspectorate for small vessels of Emercom of Russia.
