Abstract (English):
Review the possibility of extinguishing the flames of an electric field of high tension. Reviewed the available literature on the subject. Asked to create a model of the device at the Saint-Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia to conduct the necessary research on it because there is no available literature materials for secunty studies of application of this method extinguish flames. The scheme of model of the device for extinguishing the flame electric field.
