The article considers the system of legal regulation in the field of military security, defined the concept of military and economic security, analyzed the impact of emergencies on the structural elements of the military and economic security. Formulated methodology for monitoring, prediction and assessment of the probability of occurrence and development of emergencies is based on a comprehensive and integrated hazard analysis based on retrospective and monitoring information aimed at the implementation of preventive measures for the prevention and disaster management on the basis of information support and coordination of management decision making by various ministries and offices.
