The article deals with the problem of social justice as the foundation of social security. An important factor in determining the reduction of risks of social security in today's world is a policy to ensure the optimal level of social solidarity and political consolidation. The results of the relevant situation analysis show the possibilities and shortcomings of the neoliberal model, promoting the principles of social justice within the framework of the decentralization of power and political governance.
