Abstract (English):
The algorithm of construction of flexible program analysis of the object technical state by the efficiency criterion of information is offered. The continuous diagnostic signs are used. The information efficiency is calculated as the ratio of its value to its quantity. A numerical example of the algorithm implementation is given.
