Article describes a technique of assessment of practical activities of the cadets who are previously appointed the acting as a younger command personnel - potential sergeants, commanders of educational groups and departments. A number of the most important activities of the commander of cadet division which condition most brightly characterizes success of its work and functioning of division in general is allocated, the technique of mark assessment of activities of candidates is considered. The flowchart of carrying out estimation of candidates is developed for their subsequent comparison with the purpose of selection of the most worthy for appointment to positions of sergeants.
