Covers the basics and specifics of application of fuzzy set theory to second order and the phase-out comparison of currently used methods for inference on fuzzy sets of the second order. Presents a description of the fuzzy logic algorithm with the adaptation of the fuzzy set operations for the process of construction of fuzzy cognitive maps.
