It is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the training of highly qualified specialists by introducing new forms and methods of teaching in the educational process. The basic directions of the intensification of the training process at the State University of State Fire Service EMERCOM of Russia are shown. The didactic processes, means and conditions of intensive training are shown, in which the final indicator of the training of experts is the degree of their readiness for practical activities in the organizations and structural divisions of the EMERCOM of Russia.
