Abstract (English):
The article reveals the specifics of using of a metaphorical puppet model in training work with cadets. It is shown that the doll-model helps to realize the complexes, grievances, problems, express feelings and emotions that have been ousted from the consciousness, to transform them for more successful formation of professionally important qualities, personal potential, managerial competencies of the future specialist of extreme profile.
