The article proposes to assess the effectiveness of knowledge transfer to students taking into account the analysis of the achievements of University graduates in the workplace. Career growth of graduates, their level of professional readiness to solve complex production problems determines the quality of the teaching staff of the departments and institutes of the University. As part of the implementation of the interaction of teachers with graduates, a feedback form has been developed, which allows to correlate the educational process with the changes to the professional portrait of the graduate.
