Abstract (English):
The approach realizing on the basis of mathematical apparatus of the theory of indistinct sets, forecasting of options of transportation of material means in the conditions of emergency situations of regional character is presented. The mathematical model allowing in the conditions of representation of requirements of forces and means of EMERCOM of Russia in the form of indistinct numbers to find optimum option of transportation of appliances to the specified consumers is defined, and the method of realization of this model is offered.
