Abstract (English):
The technique of use of information and technological tools of risk management in additional training of the experts who are engaged in a fire investigation is described. The structure of an information and communication methodical complex is offered and conditions of its use in additional training of experts of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia are formulated.
