The article is devoted to the study of the occurrence of a fire, the cause of which was chemical spontaneous combustion, which occurred in a 20-foot container in which hydrogen peroxide was transported. The technical issues of inspecting the fire site, establishing the cause of the fire are considered, and the relevance of the topic is also analyzed.
