The article addresses the issues of improving managerial decisions in education through effective management of communication interaction among teachers at general educational institutions. This paper examines the concept of «communication interaction between teachers within an educational organization». Communication interaction is presented as a subject for management in an educational institution. The essence and specifics of internal organizational training are revealed within the context of the education system. Theoretical aspects of enhancing pedagogical staff's professional competence using methods of internal organizational training are considered. Models and technologies for managing communication interactions among teachers by means of advanced training programs are analyzed. These approaches contribute to developing interpersonal communication skills, creating a favorable psychological climate within the teaching community, and improving the quality of the educational process.
