APPLICATION OF UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEMS IN DECISION SUPPORT DURING EMERGENCIES: PATENT AND PUBLICATION ANALYSIS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article presents a patent and publication analysis of the use of unmanned aerial systems in decision support during emergencies. Russian and foreign patent solutions, as well as scientific publications devoted to situation monitoring, hazardous factor detection, search and rescue operations, visual and thermal imaging data processing, and intelligent data analysis algorithms, are examined. The main directions of unmanned aerial system development, their functional capabilities, and limitations in solving information support tasks for management bodies are identified. It is shown that the greatest practical effect is achieved through the integration of unmanned aerial systems into decision support systems, as well as through the development of an integrated intelligent unmanned aerial system that ensures increased timeliness, validity, and targeting of managerial actions under emergency conditions.
