The authors show the statistics of the work of the state fire supervision authorities of the EMERCOM of Russia for 2022. The article reflects statistics on the number of accepted reports of crimes, considered reports of crimes, on the number of criminal cases on fires under articles 168, 219 and 261 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Data on the number of suspended criminal cases on fires, solved criminal cases on fires, the amount of property damage in fire cases in 2022 are shown. The authors show typical violations in the investigation of criminal cases on fires.
