Abstract (English):
The article considers the key issues of effective application of instructional design in training of employees of EMERCOM of Russia. It is shown that the designing training is an effective tool for development of cognitive skills, abilities of its own knowledge constructing, skills to navigate in information space and also for critical thinking development of engineering personnel of EMERCOM of Russia.
