In article the main functions of the practical-focused training environment of basic higher education institution are formulated, and also the main organizational and pedagogical conditions of increase of efficiency of process of post-degree additional vocational training of acting staff of judicial and expert institutions of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia are stated.
