Abstract (English):
In the article natural and manmade disasters as the object of international legal research addresses issues of prevention and liquidation of natural disasters. Bringing together specialists from different countries through the development of advanced systems for monitoring environmental conditions, contributes to early warning of the occurrence of emergency situations the competent authorities, thus minimizing the negative impact of natural disasters, which include loss of population, destruction, etc.
