Given article is devoted the filosofsko-legal analysis of a problem of a parity of the right and orthodox Christianity from a position values. In work diametrical positions are used: oppositions of the right and orthodox Christianity, and attempt of their maximum rapprochement. As the argument of various approaches to consideration of a legal axiology, the author carries out the analysis of works of N.A. Berdjaeva, B.P. Vysheslavtsev, E.V. Spektorskogo, I.A. Ilina, P.A. Florensky, etc., devoted to this problematics.
