Abstract (English):
For analysis and assessment of fire risk of buildings used many methods that can be qualitative, semi-quantitative and qualitative. In this paper, the authors based on a large factual material provides a comparative analysis of the assessment of the level of fire safety by methods SIA 81 and VKF 2007 on the example of joinery workshop. Comparative analysis of fire risk assessment method indicates that the method of SIA 81 precisely defined fire safety earlier buildings. Method VKF 2007 is better suited to assess the fire safety of new buildings that are built according to modern standards and proposed standards of fire protection.
