There are presented the results of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of laws «About fire safety» of Russian Federation subjects (n=80). It is shown that the level of it’s normative filling is implemented lower than the level of Federal law «About fire safety» of December, 21, 1994№ 69-ФЗ; is based on duplication and sequestration of the federal law text; contains a smaller number of articles (15,1±6,0 articles against 41 articles of Federal law, р<0,05) with minimal filling with the original rules of law. There are substantiated ways of solving the problem and it’s economical significance aspect is punctuated.
