Abstract (English):
In article features of carrying out investigation of crimes in the conditions of an emergency situation are considered. The historical examples, existing earlier procedural legislation are given. The modern directions of improvement of the criminal procedure legislation which would allow quickly and to investigate effectively crimes in the conditions of an emergency situation are offered.
