Abstract (English):
Russian legislation rules, regulating the specific elements of the civil-law status are studied in this article on the example of the Federal Fire Service of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia. Civil-law status of employees of the Federal Fire Service of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia was analyzed during the research. The particular legal restrictions of individual rights and freedoms of employees of the Federal Fire Service of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia were identified and described in this article.
