Abstract (English):
The wilful destruction or damage to property in the Russian criminal law can occur not only in the art. 167 of the Criminal Code, but also on other items, making it difficult to qualify such acts. The large number of related rules require relevant knowledge and skills to distinguish such of fenses from each other, in order to give a correct assessment of the criminal law to the of fense. Given the legal analysis of the of fense under Art. 167 of the Criminal Code, are considered qualified species identified problems of application of corpus delicti, proposalsaimed at improving the standards indicated. Investigated differences intentional destruction of or damage to another's property from other crimes.
