The authors presented a system of insurance protection of residential property based on recent changes in legislation and developments in information technology. This system of insurance protection of residential property does not conflict with applicable law, and based on the existing legal frameworks, which greatly facilitates the introduction of this type of insurance, from the legal point of view, and in terms of practical implementation.
