Abstract (English):
We consider civil procedural aspects of compensation for harm caused by members of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of inquiry. Designated special subject of civil liability for compensation for damage caused by members of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of inquiry. We consider the grounds, conditions and procedure of redress caused by members of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of inquiry.
