Abstract (English):
Problems of a supply with information of sea transport processes are considered. It is shown, that common fault of modern control systems of sea transport processes are are the high share of participation of the person in procedure of decision-making and the big dependence of management on a psychophysical condition of the navigator. It is offered to use code methods on base count in code crossings for representation of the information and decrease in influence of the human factor in navigation
