Abstract (English):
Discussed the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the management and processing of information in queuing systems with a priori typing of clients. This problem is solved using cluster analysis procedures on the example of cafe net. The authors of the article reviewed the basic and most significant characteristics of visitors to cafes, and considered common examples of marketing influences on them. Also the possibility of using this method for other tasks was mentioned
