The article presents the results of experimental study of individually-peculiar ways of processing information (cognitive styles) and psychological characteristics of students of the University. To explore the cognitive styles of students in the study used the following parameters: field dependence/field-independence, rigidity/flexibility cognitive style. The research material was obtained using a hardware-software complex physiological and psychological tests «NS-Psychotest».
