Abstract (English):
Professional self-consciousness formation, determined by a combination of cognitive, affective-evaluative, and behavioral factors, requires an integrated psychological and pedagogical approach at the University level. It is shown that semantic differential method, which allows assessing the respondent's emotional attitude towards the research object, provides the ability to manage the educational process and to monitor the development of professionally important skills of the future of EMERCOM of Russia officials.
