Abstract (English):
The article explores the problem of creating educational conditions for the rational use of students intellectual abilities and the engineering and technical competencies formation in the intellectual system «user-computer-teacher». We gave a description of the proposed intellectual learning system: the structure, distribution of the teacher and student functions, the way of organizing interactive cooperation by computers. We outlined the general didactic requirements for the author's software products and the educational opportunities that the discipline «Physics» acquires as a result of their introduction into the educational process.
