The article is devoted to the study of the concepts of creative and adaptive types of physical culture through scientific methods. The main aspects of the studied concepts are considered. A review and analysis of literature, scientific materials, and publications on the stated topic over the past five years has been carried out. Descriptive, comparative, historical, statistical methods are used in the work.
