The features of the administrative responsibility legal regulation of the employer in the process of ensuring labour protection are considered. The basic rights and obligationsof an employer in the field of labour protection, as well as the possible consequences of violating labour protection requirements were analyzed. The importance of an integrated approach to monitoring compliance with occupational safety requirements at the enterprise was formulated as a conclusion.
