In civil proceedings, it is possible to differentiate evidence into those existing before the start of judicial proceedings and those created after the initiation of a civil case in court. The latter, for example, include the conclusions of a forensic expert. The evidence created has certain specifics: it is certainly relevant, and its admissibility and reliability, among other factors, depends on compliance with the procedure for their creation. Applicable to the expert's conclusions, it can be argued that they will be acceptable and reliable, including if the study is conducted by a competent and legitimate expert who strictly adheres to the methodology of forensic examination.
