The main purpose of psychological gymnastics in combination with psychotherapy exercises is considered. The method of the teacher's possession of knowledge and skills of managing the psychophysiological apparatus for pedagogical work is shown. The elements and stages of psychological gymnastics, such as self-suggestion and self-perception, are proposed.
