Emotional and strong-willed stability of staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is considered in line with system approach and in a paradigm of the theory of functional system. Being the integrator of functions of mental reflection and regulation of behavior of the person in extreme situations emotional and strong-willed stability it is represented to one of the major factors providing reliability of professional activity of experts of a rescue and fire fighting profile.
