Abstract (English):
The technology of learning as a systematic method of creating, applying and determining the entire process of teaching and learning, also presented a set of substantive, procedural and subject characteristics revealing the meaning of the concept of «technology» and its place in the structure of the learning process at the University of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia. The program and problem training with use of communicative activity as the main type of reproduction of educational and administrative information is shown.
