The article concerns the peculiarities of the legal status of new types of institutions - state-owned. This article investigates the status of various elements official government agencies: the order and the establishment and management, especially finance and proprietary legal regime, and the order held accountable government institutions. The theoretical analysis. Based on the analysis revealed a conflict of norms and gaps in legislation on proprietary legal regime of state-owned institutions. Expressed position on the need for additional regulations and to resolve conflicts.
