The dynamics of the formation of the team and the growth of its influence on the positive changes of each employee of EMERCOM of Russia, as a subject of professional activity, are investigated. The importance of collective interaction in the formation of individual behavior is considered, and the need to develop strategies for team unity is emphasized. The article examines the psychological and social factors that influence the development of employee interaction, and examines how these elements contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the response of the entire department and each employee to emergency situations. Emphasizes the role of well-structured employee teams in organizational success and individual personal growth.
