The article examines the essence and content of the contradictions of the learning process, their formation, state and resolution in the specific environment of higher education. An analysis of internal and external contradictions that arise in the practice of higher education is carried out, and recommendations are given for overcoming them. The results of work on identifying and recording the composition of contradictions between the individual and the environment, as well as internal contradictions, are presented. The phenomenon of awareness of contradictions, leading to their overcoming in the process of real relationships with colleagues in the educational and service teams, is considered.
